Plan begins with a full audit of each PC and Server; this audit produces an electronic report that can be stored and printed on demand.

MONTHLY PREVENTATIVE SERVICES OFFERED

Monthly, an ER technician will visit each computer workstation designated for maintenance, and perform the following procedures:

Verify the antivirus, spyware, spam blocking, pop-up, and Trojan detection software’s are all working correctly and their definitions are current.

Perform manual scans using the above software if they did not run and verify why.

Perform updates of operating system software.

Review log files for system discrepancies and errors.

An ER technician will also visit each server designated for maintenance and perform the following procedures monthly, in addition to those listed in the PC services.

Ensure Backup software is successful and tapes are secure.

Review log files for system errors and/or inconsistencies.

Perform updates of operating system software.

You the client are responsible for ensuring that software used is legal. Additional charges may apply if you do not have any of the listed threat detection software and desire to install such software on a PC or server.
